Returns within 30 days

We hope you like everything you order from us, but if there is a problem, you have 30 days from the delivery date to return it. Unfortunately, if 30 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to issue you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging and with all tags attached.

Returns Process

Once your request is approved, we will provide detailed instructions on how to return the item.

Send the item back to us via a tracked shipping method. This ensures that the item is returned safely and is traceable during transit.

Refund Processing

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether or not your refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original method of payment. This process may take 30 business days.

Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable unless it is our fault. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within the expected time frame, please check your bank account or contact your credit card company as there may be a delay in processing.

Order Cancellations and Amendments

Please contact our Customer Service Team at [email protected] immediately if you would like to change the size, edit your payment and shipping information. We will do our best to accommodate your changes.

All orders can be cancelled until they have been shipped. If your order has been paid for and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.

Received damaged or incorrect goods

Goods are considered faulty if they are not of satisfactory quality, are not fit for purpose, or are not as described. Please note that items damaged by normal wear and tear; accidental damage; or misuse will not be considered faulty.

If your order is damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately. We will require your order number, information about the item you received and the item you originally ordered, as well as clear photographs of the item received or damaged for accurate identification.

Exchanges

After we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return and that it has been accepted, rejected, and is available. Yes. Use your exchange service. If the item you want to exchange is no longer available, we may offer a store credit option.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchange to arrive may vary, but you have 30 days from the date you received your order to exchange or return the item.

Before you send the item back to us, we must first approve all returns. Unapproved items will not be credited and the product will be returned to the sender.
