1. How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link so you can track your package. Simply click on the link or enter the tracking number on the carrier’s website.

2. How long does delivery usually take?

You can expect to receive your order within 7 – 15 business days after your order is completed. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Some unavoidable reasons: We will ship according to your request, but we cannot guarantee exactly how many days you can receive your item. Many factors may cause delays to your items, for example: bad weather conditions, strikes as well as wars, etc.

But we will ship before the delivery time and do our best to negotiate with the relevant shipping company and ask them to prioritize your case.

3. What is ankunding.store return and refund policy?

We hope you like everything you order from us, but if there is a problem, you have 30 days from the delivery date to return it. Unfortunately, if 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot issue you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging and with all labels.

4. How is shipping calculated?

We offer a flat rate of $6.99 for everyone.

5. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Please contact our Customer Service Team immediately at [email protected] if you would like to change the size, edit payment and shipping information. We will do our best to accommodate your changes.

All orders can be canceled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel your order, you must contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.
